Taste-and-learn with this interactive, delicious class on all things heirloom tomatoes—from their flavors, to history, to uses in recipes.

Led by Tim Mountz of Happy Cat Farm—a tomato farm in Pennsylvania’s Brandywine Valley—explore heirloom tomatoes through taste, starting with fresh tomatoes and those from the end-of-season harvest. Close out the class with a special treat as Mountz shares his favorite tomato-based recipes and gives you a taste of (and recipe for) the perfect heirloom tomato sauce.
