Explore the breadth of careers found within a public garden firsthand—and work towards fulfilling your career-shadowing graduation requirements—with our free Green Careers Exploration Day.
Designed for students in grades 9-12, this three-hour career-discovery experience welcomes students to engage with Longwood student and staff members. Take part in an overview of careers and student programs at Longwood; participate in a hands-on horticulture activity and engage in question-and-answer sessions with students and staff members.
Accompanying adults (19+) will enjoy the introductory conversation and are welcome to explore the Gardens for the remainder of the morning. All students and adults will come together at the program's conclusion.
